How it works
One board of 6,144 spots, wrapped around a cube. Rows run 0–95 and columns 0–63, so every tile has an address you can link to — R75 / C63 · 1×1 is a place, not a page.
- 1
Pick a spot
Turn the cube and click any empty tile, or let "Find me a spot" hand you one. Every face is the same board — nothing is a category, so no spot is worth less than another.
- 2
Claim it
Sign in and fill in the name, one line of description, your link and a logo. A listing is one tile, the one you picked.
- 3
Go live instantly
Your logo is painted onto the board the moment you save it, on every screen watching the cube. It shows up in the directory above with a link straight out to your site.
- 4
Keep it, or let it go
The spot is yours until you release it. Open your own listing on the cube and the panel gives you the button — the tile goes back on the market the second you do.
Want the rail instead? The cards down either side of the cube stay put while this page scrolls — ten slots, $10 for 10 days, same card on both sides.
Get featuredBadges
Every listing keeps count of three things: how many people looked at it, how many clicked through to the site, and how many upvoted it. Those add up — a view is worth 1, a click 6, an upvote 20 — and the total buys the badge that rides next to your name everywhere on this site.
It shows on the board, too. A listing that has earned a badge wears its colour as a ring around the tile and lights the spots around it in the same colour — further and brighter the higher the badge — so you can pick the busiest startups out of a face of 1,024 tiles without clicking anything.
- Freshfrom day one
On the board. Traffic starts the moment someone finds the tile.
- Spark60+
First real attention — people are finding this tile on their own.
- Rising300+
Steady traffic and clicks through to the site.
- Trending900+
One of the busiest listings on the cube.
- Blazing2,400+
Thousands of impressions and a click rate to match.
- Legendary7,000+
The rarest badge on the board. Almost nothing gets here.
Views and clicks are counted once per visitor per window, and your own traffic to your own listing never counts — a badge you could refresh your way to would not be worth wearing.
FAQs
What does a spot cost?
A spot on the board costs nothing but an account — pick a tile, fill in the form, and it is yours. The only paid placement is the featured rail beside the cube, at $10 for 10 days. After that it comes down on its own.
How do I get on the featured rail?
Open an empty slot on the rail or go to /featured. Sign in, hit Contact support, and we'll take the $10 by hand. Once it's paid, the listing stays up for 10 days and then drops off automatically.
How big can my listing be?
One tile. Bigger blocks are not for sale yet — every listing is a single spot on the board.
Do the faces mean anything?
No. All six are the same board — front, right, back, left, top and bottom are navigation labels, nothing more. Categories describe your listing, never where it is allowed to sit.
Can I link to my spot?
Every tile has a board address, and /?row=…&col=… opens the cube already turned to it with the listing selected. The locate button on each row above does exactly that.
Where does the traffic show up?
Clicks out of the cube carry utm_source=saascube and utm_medium=directory, so the visits land in your own analytics already attributed. Links open in a new tab. This side keeps its own count too — views, clicks from the cube, clicks from the directory — on your listing and on its share page.
How do the badges work?
Views, clicks and upvotes add up to one score, and the score earns a badge from Spark up to Legendary. The badge shows beside your name in this directory and, on the cube itself, as a coloured ring and a glow around your tile — the higher the badge, the further the light reaches. Nothing is manual and nothing is for sale: it moves on its own as people find your tile. Your own visits to your own listing are never counted, and repeat visits from the same browser are counted once per window.
Can I change or remove my listing?
The spot is yours until you release it. Select your own tile on the cube and the panel shows a release button; the block goes back to the open pool immediately, for anyone to claim.
What happens when the board fills up?
There are 6,144 spots, and the counter on the cube tracks how many are still open. When the last one goes, listing closes until somebody releases theirs.
