Terms of Service

SaaSCube (https://www.saascube.app) is a public board of tiles. You may browse without an account. Claiming a tile, voting, saving listings, or buying a featured slot requires an account. By using the site you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must provide a real email you control. You can sign up with email and a password, or with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person or company should not create accounts to evade limits or bans.

Each account may claim a limited number of tiles (currently 25). We may change that limit. We may refuse, suspend, or delete an account that breaks these terms or harms the board.

A listing is public: name, link, description, logo, categories, and position on the cube. You must have the right to publish that content. Do not list malware, phishing, illegal goods, hate, spam, or anything that impersonates another product.

We may edit, move, or remove a listing that is misleading, broken, abusive, or that we believe does not belong on the cube. Claiming a tile does not give you ownership of SaaSCube, the software, or a permanent right to that coordinate if we have to reset or rebuild the board.

Featured placement is a paid, time-limited highlight on the rails beside the cube. The current price is $10 for 10 days, paid by arrangement over email — not automatically through the site. We switch the listing on after payment; when the window ends, the card comes down on its own.

A featured slot is advertising inventory, not an endorsement. We may decline or remove a placement. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case.

Do not attack, scrape at a volume that hurts the service, bypass sign-in, interfere with other listings, or use SaaSCube to send unsolicited mail. Votes and bookmarks are for humans using the product, not scripts.

You keep the rights to the content you upload. You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of SaaSCube (including the cube, directory, featured rails, and social previews). The SaaSCube name, site, and software remain ours.

The service is provided “as is.” We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, a particular ranking, or any amount of traffic to your site. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of SaaSCube.

We may update these terms by posting a new version here (last updated September 1, 2026). If you do not agree, stop using the service and ask us to close your account.
